Oklahoma State lost to Texas last night. Down by six going into the last 45 seconds, O State came to within three points of the Longhorns, and with bare seconds to go, OSU's Terrence Crawford caught the ball at half court, threw up a desperation toss, and got fouled. With the chance to take Texas into overtime, Crawford made his first and third free throw. But when the second bounced right back at him off the rim, the game was over. The only chance the Cowboys had was for Crawford to intentionally miss his third shot, keeping open the possibility that one of O State's men could get the rebound and tip the ball in. Coach Eddie Sutton sent in OSU's tallest player right before the last shot to do just that. But Crawford put the ball right in the hole and Oklahoma State University's basketball squad lost in Stillwater for the first time in 29 games.
